Hello all! I've wanted to make tis tutor for long time and really happy to finish it!
It was very interesting for me to do it - this is my first tutorial
so I think it isn't perfect 
This tutor is for eptSAI software.
Here I don't teach u "how to draw Haruhi" - only show the WAY TO COLOR picture. U can draw every u want and color in such stile. So I don't think it will be very helpful for beginners
But this picture is stock and u can copy it to try this tutorial by practice.
If u have any questions - ask please I'll try to answer u!
